Adaptive training is designed for anyone who wants to enjoy an active workout and become stronger both physically and mentally. It doesn’t matter whether you’re already very active or if you’d like to work toward that goal. During our group classes, we train at high intensity and a fast pace using functional movements, with and without weights.
