Joris Joziasse
Joris is the creative and strategic backbone of FOZIA. He translates client requests into concepts, narratives, and concrete plans—from initial ideas to detailed roadmaps. As the link between the client and the team, he assembles the right team of creators for each project. His vision runs like a common thread through everything FOZIA creates, shaping the direction, tone, and quality of the work.
Jelle Boerma
Jelle brings calm, confidence, and expertise to every set. As Director of Photography, he contributes not only visually but also substantively—always seeking ways for the imagery to enhance the story. He is a perfectionist in the best sense of the word, with an eye for detail and a strong sense of teamwork. With his network and experience, he knows exactly which people are needed to take a production to the next level.
Pei Sin Che
Pei Sin is versatile, sharp, and always in control. As an editor, she shapes the story through the editing process, but her strength lies just as much in the stages that come before. During productions, she keeps an eye on the big picture as an assistant director or script supervisor and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Creative in her thinking and precise in her execution—she’s someone who strengthens the process from start to finish.
Laila Spee
With her background as a choreographer and dancer, Laila brings a unique sensitivity to her work. She guides people on set and ensures they feel confident and at ease—which is essential for authentic and powerful performances. At FOZIA, she plays a key role in developing arts & culture projects, and she also adds value on set with her eye for movement, the big picture, and human interaction.

Once the concept is in place, we develop it into a concrete and feasible plan. We determine the best way to showcase the story and carefully prepare every detail, from content to scheduling. This ensures that creativity and structure come together seamlessly.
Ignite: Production and Editing
During production, we bring the idea to life with a small, experienced team, and you’ll have the opportunity to actively observe and contribute your ideas. In the editing phase, the story takes its final shape, and we ensure that everything is in sync in terms of rhythm, visuals, and sound. Through targeted feedback sessions, we work toward a final result that makes an impact.
Amplify: Impact and Distribution
